The vehicle was very good value. It was not however very clean, and the gas tank was not fully topped up. It was under filled by about 12 litres of gas according my top up upon return of the vehicle. I mentioned this to the rental associate, and I was told it would be mentioned to management. No feedback so far. Regards, Mr. Jose Costa

In the site it was mentioned that it is an unlimited mileage but when I went in person, they told me it is limited to 120 kms. On top of it they were asking for $1400 deposit!!!! Very very poor service. I had to decline the offer and asked for refund, and I did not get refund too. I didnt even ride the vehicle. Total loss for me because of this scam.

When we picked up the vehicle, they didn't have the same level of vehicle available that I reserved. Instead of offering a better vehicle at the same rate, they would only downgrade the vehicle without a rate reduction. This downgraded vehicle wasn't going to work for the number people, bags, and adventures into the mountains we planned for. (Which is why we reserved the Rav4.) I was left with the only choice of moving to an upgraded Jeep Grand Cherokee for more money. Once we got into the Jeep GC, we immediately found a pouch filled with pills under the passenger seat. We have no idea what these pills were, but took them into the office. They offered to put us into a different Jeep GC, which we accepted. At this point, they did offer a refund for the upgrade charge, but only after being asked. I was also told that there was an additional $200 deposit that would be returned upon return. The vehicle was returned with half of a tank of gas and no issues, and I did NOT receive the full $200 deposit back, only $167, with no explanation as to why. I paid for the tolls package and only went through two of them. There is no way that was $33. I will not be renting from Ace again. This was not an experience that I care to repeat. As we were dealing with our own issues on the rental, others were also having issues with their rentals. Didn't seem to be a great situation across the board.

Cons:

Had to make a change to reservation. Removed 1 day from reservation and enterprise jacked up the price over $100 for 3 less days. Terrible company. I will never use enterprise again. Canceled reservation. I was told that a price increase was because of increased demand. They are liars. They don't care about their customers only care about ripping them off.

Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Kelly kept in touch with me the week before and up to my reservation date. The checkout was quick and easy. The drop-off was after hour and was just as simple. I will continue to use Enterprise as my rental company.

Cons:

Honestly, everything went better than I thought it would. Keep up the great work at the Aurora, Co. center on E 6th Ave.

The check engine light was on in our rental adding another layer of stress to an already stressful out of state move. We called aurora budget and the man said he didn’t have any other cars we could use except that one and no big deal, it will be fine. Easy to say when you’re not driving halfway across the country.

I didnt get a notice to advise me that the vehicle i reserved was not available. We got another option at a higher price at the time of pick up. Also at the time of drop off the vehicle was not registered on the system causing an extra charge in my credit card.

Despite having a reservation to rent a car for a single day in Puebla, when we showed up we were told there was no car available. Then the man at the front desk said there was a car available but it would be more expensive due to local tax. We were okay with this, but he then said we needed to put down a deposit of $5000 usd, which seemed crazy for just one day. He then changed the deposit amount to $88 usd. The entire interaction felt like he was just making up numbers. It felt very sketchy so we decided to forget renting a car entirely and just traveled via bus…..

I was told I HAVE to get the premium insurance otherwise my deposit would be $26,000!!The receptionist kept on showing us in Spanish, I asked to have it shown in English, she did. And I was able to select no insurance, but it needed managers passcode. So I clicked back, and selected the lowest coverage and it was allowing me to choose how much deposit, $5000! At the return, they charged me $0.01 to release my deposit, which still has not been release. The car itself was comfortable, the people on the other hand, I feel they are shady.

Rather have a Tahoe than a Toyota and the car was filthy and they told us to return the way we picked up but it was dirty still and I didn't want to get chargedbso we vacuumed it. Never had to do that before.
